Two major
production sites have recently closed in Fair Bluff due to a
variety of reasons. None of these reasons had to do with location
or work force. We understand that our global and state economy is
volatile and unpredictable at best. However,
to assure successful ventures , we feel that Fair Bluff offers a
sense of stability, advantage, and enthusiasm not found in many
areas.

With the advent of
the Internet and an explosion of entrepreneurial activity, we
would like to offer incentives for small businesses to call Fair
Bluff home. These incentives might include rent free quarters on
start up, reduced taxation, reduced interest rates on start up
money, or other assistances that small business could identify as
being helpful.
We have several
store-sized, front street, spaces that are waiting for your new,
small, electronic or innovative industrial firm to occupy them.
Established businesses are certainly encouraged to occupy as well.

information, Please contact Mayor Randy Britt at (910) 649-7426 or
